Returns Policy

1. Please Choose Carefully

1.1 Customers are strongly advised to ensure they have correctly sized their air conditioning system before placing an order.
1.2 If you are unsure about the correct system for your requirements, please contact us for advice before purchasing.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to despatch of the goods.
2.2 All cancellations will incur a 15% restocking/administration fee.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
3.2 Return freight is at the purchaser’s cost.
3.3 Refunds will generally be processed via the original method of payment or by bank transfer from AC STORE.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 AC STORE will refund or exchange purchased equipment if the equipment is found, upon delivery, not to be of merchantable quality.
4.2 Refunds will only be issued where a replacement unit cannot be provided.
4.3 If a replacement cannot be provided, refunds will generally be offered.
4.4 The defective unit must be returned to AC STORE before the refund or replacement process can commence.
4.5 If the goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer, you may choose to have them replaced free of charge.
