Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

1.1 We deliver Australia-wide using our preferred couriers and reliable freight companies.
1.2 In selected metro areas, delivery may also be carried out directly by AC STORE.
1.3 We do not deliver to Western Australia (WA).
1.4 We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, as photo ID and proof of purchase are required upon delivery.

2. Delivery Timeframes

2.1 Standard delivery time is 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
2.2 Delivery times exclude weekends, public holidays, and the period between 21 December and 2 January.
2.3 Next-day delivery may be available if payment has been received and logistics allow.
2.4 Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are as follows (all prices in AUD and inclusive of GST):

  • Brisbane Metro – from $75.00 (1–3 days estimated).

  • Sunshine Coast – from $75.00 (2–5 days estimated).

  • Melbourne Metro – from $75.00 (3–5 days estimated).

  • Sydney Metro – from $75.00 (3–5 days estimated).

  • Adelaide Metro – from $75.00 (3–7 days estimated).

  • Perth Metro – Not available (we do not service WA).

3.1 For other areas, please enter your postcode at checkout to calculate the delivery price.
3.2 If the checkout system shows $0.00, please contact us by email or phone to confirm the correct delivery cost.
3.3 AC STORE will always try to match any written delivery quote.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Customers must ensure someone is present to accept delivery.
4.2 A printed copy of the online receipt and photo ID must be shown to receive goods.
4.3 Deliveries are door-to-door only and do not include carrying items inside the house.
4.4 We recommend having an additional person available to assist with moving items inside.

5. Delivery Inspection

5.1 Customers must inspect goods before signing the delivery docket.
5.2 Signing “Received in Good Order or Condition” transfers liability for any damage to the customer.
5.3 If there is visible damage to the goods, do not accept delivery and do not sign the docket.

6. Processing and Handling

6.1 Allow up to 3 business days for payment clearance and order processing.
6.2 Orders placed after 3:00 pm AEST may require one additional day for processing.

7. Additional Charges

7.1 AC STORE reserves the right to charge an additional $50.00 for:

  • Re-directed deliveries.

  • Waiting time at the delivery address.

  • Changes to delivery instructions after dispatch.
