To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please fill out the form and we will be in contact upon our return. Warranty repairs are no charge, however if on attendance it is a non warranty issue, a service charge of $189 inc GST will be due.
Please ensure filters are cleaned, correct settings on remote and a factory reset (turn isolator off for 30 mins to clear any fault codes) is done prior to contact.
Try resetting your system. Like most electronics, a reset may fix the issue:
Turn off the isolation switch near the outdoor unit
OR
Turn off the AC circuit breaker in the meter box
Leave it OFF for 20 minutes
Turn it back ON
For systems with WiFi controllers, press the reset button (usually located on the side or bottom of the control panel) if zones are missing or the system freezes.
Yes. Annual servicing is important to:
Maintain system performance
Extend unit lifespan
Comply with manufacturer warranty requirements
⚠️ Failure to maintain your system may result in warranty being declined.
You can book a service with us to stay compliant and ensure your system runs smoothly.
Absolutely! You can clean it between services by following these 7 steps:
Open the return air grille (thumb screw or clip)
Swing the grille open
Slide out the filter
Vacuum off the lint
Wash in warm water
Let the filter dry completely in the sun
Reinstall the filter and close the grille
A clean filter helps:
Improve air quality
Reduce energy consumption
Prevent fan coil damage
Maintain a healthy indoor environment
Dust and lint restrict airflow, making your system work harder and increasing your power bill. In worst cases, it may cause polluted air circulation or damage to internal components.
Residential use: Every 3–4 months
Dusty environments or heavy use: More frequently
Commercial use: Every week
Your system may have a filter light reminder every 6 months, but don’t rely on it alone. Regular cleaning ensures better performance and health.
Set mode to COOL (❄️ symbol)
Set thermostat to 23°C – 26°C
Start fan on medium or high
Lower fan speed as home cools
Turn on the desired zones
The system will cool until the set temperature is reached. It will then pause cooling but may keep the fan on to circulate air.
Set mode to HEAT
Set thermostat to 20°C – 24°C
Set fan speed to medium–high
Select zones you want heated
Once the desired temperature is reached, the system and fan will both stop. The fan stays off to prevent circulating unheated air, which can feel cold.
