Awesome service from the first call to the end of installation. Had a ducted system installed in late 2021. After our installation, we needed the drain on the outside of the unit, extended due to lack of sunlight causing discolouration on the concrete. Called the friendly team at North lakes to ask if they could help out. They went above and beyond to help fix our issue. They had me booked in within a week, and fixed the issue at no extra charge. Would like to once again thank the whole team for there incredible service. Would highly recommend.

I had the 14.8kw LG Ducted Aircon system with Airtouch 2 installed early this year. The system has been great so far, not a single issue. Steve from the North Lakes branch has been great to deal with from the initial quote, some chats while my house build was delayed and being flexible when scheduling in the install when my builder delayed my move in date. Would definitely use them again on my next build/house.
