I would give them 1 star if I could. Tried to get them to do a quote, spoke to them 3 times about our situation and that we only had access to our new house for a two hour window. Morning of the quote they don't show up, called several times but no answer. They eventually call back with a lame excuse that the booking had 'dropped off the system'. If they can't even turn up for a quote imagine the quality if the installation they are doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The response from the owner is a complete lie. We confirmed the quote time twice and it wasn't a pre purchase inspection, the house is unconditional, something which you knew and were told during multiple phone calls.
